Here's how to register or reset your user name/password:

1. Select your name from the pull down list
2. Enter a unique user name (common examples are first initial, last name or an email address) or use the user name from a previous registration.
3. Create a password - up to 10 characters - there are no other restrictions
4. Repeat the password
5. Click Register
